US SHIPPING POLICY
Orders typically ship within 3-4 business days after processing. Arrival time is an estimate and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. Each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your package. If for any reason there is a delay or inability to ship your order, you will be contacted via email as soon as possible by one of our representatives. Things like weather, holiday season(s), customs issues, logistics holdups, etc. can cause delays that are out of our control.
Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout. You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used per order. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
Pre-orders are items that are not currently in-stock, but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. Items marked as PRE-ORDER will ship on their release date, which can be found in the description. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out as soon as the item is stocked in our warehouse. We will notify you via email at the time of shipment.
